BASSETERRE St. Kitts, March 20th, 2013 -- Carmichael Buchanan of Taylor's Village was formally charged for the offence of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm, which was committed on 17 March 2013.
Narbo Challenger of Godwin Ghaut was formally charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession with intent to supply, which were committed on 15 March 2013 at Godwin Ghaut.
Morly Norford of St. Pauls was formally charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply To Another, which were committed on 17 March 2013.
Alister Welsh of Fig Tree, Sandy Point was formally charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Supply To Another,which were committed on 17th March 2013.
Gerry Brian of Fig Tree, Sandy Point was formally charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply To Another, which were committed on 17th March 2013.
Kristin Hodge of Shadwell Estate was formally charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Supply to Another, which were committed on 17 March 2013.
Keston Joseph of East Neverson Street, was formally charged for the offence of Simple Wounding, which was committed on 18th March 2013.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District "A" Magistrate's Court
Junie Carty of West Street, Newtown was convicted for the offences of Battery and Wounding, which were committed on 19 December 2012 at Hermitage Cayon and he was reprimanded and discharged for both offences.
Livingston Morton aka "Fire Man" of Staple Village was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply, which were committed on 27 January 2012. He was cautioned for Possession of Cannabis and fined $6,500.00 to be paid in five (5) months for Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply To Another or in default, one year imprisonment.
Eucal Richards of Pond Road was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 20 April 2012 at Ferry/Bus Terminal and was fined $3000.00 to be paid in three months or in default be confined in prison for six (6) months.
District "B" Magistrate's Court
Reshan Finch of Harris was convicted for offences of Carrying Abroad An Offensive Weapon and Possession of Cannabis, which were committed on 29 September 2012. For Carrying Abroad An Offensive Weapon charge, he was found not guilty and for Possession of Cannabis, he was fined $800.00 to be paid by 31 March 2013 or in default serve thirty (30) days in prison.
Dave Richardson of Saddlers Village was convicted for the offence of Indecent Language, which was committed on 27 October 2012 at Saddlers and was fined $400.00 to be paid by 31 March 2013 or in default serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
