Damion Jeffers of Molyneaux Street, Ponds Extension was formally charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 27th March 2013 at Ponds Pasture.
Kelvin Maynard of Fiennes Avenue was formally charged for the offence of Unlawful Possession, which was committed on 27th March 2013 at Victoria Road, Basseterre.
Damon Lanning of Fortlands was formally charged for the offence of Aggravated Assault, which was committed on 27th March 2013 at Fortlands, Basseterre.
Michael Prentice of New Road Housing Project was formally charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession With Intent to Supply, which were committed on 27th March 2013 at New Road Housing Project.
COURT CONVICTIONS

Itesha Huggins of Conaree was convicted for two (2) charges Larceny which were committed on 25th April 2012 and 27th April 2012 at Mau Pau. For the offence which was committed on 25th April 2012, she was fined $1,500.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve six (6) months in prison, and ordered to pay compensation of $5,400.00 in three (3) months or in default will serve six (6) months imprisonment. For the offence which was committed on 27th April 2012, she was fined $2, 500.00 which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve six (6) months in prison, and ordered to pay compensation of $8,100.00 in three (3) months or in default will serve six (6) months imprisonment.
