BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, April 4th 2013 (CUOPM) – The US$38 million (EC$103 million) Silver Reef development at Frigate Bay continues with the construction of three additional buildings.

Director, Mr. Sebastian Mottram said the three buildings under construction will add 18 additional apartments, 16 of which will be reserved for investors under the Citizenship by Investment Programme.

The project, which began in May 2008 has already seen the construction and completion of 9 buildings containing 72 apartments, all sold and occupied.

The facility also includes three pools, roads, parking and complete infrastructure.

Built on a natural rise the apartments have enviable panoramic views - of the rugged Atlantic Coast to the left and the stunning shoreline of the Caribbean sea to the right. In front, the gardens join to the fairways of the prestigious Royal St. Kitts Golf Course.

Silver Reef is a designated real estate project approved under the Citizenship by Investment Program of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and investors in Silver Reef become eligible to apply for economic citizenship.

This stylish, boutique development is ideal for owners wanting to combine a home in the sun with a shrewd investment - a fully furnished, turnkey operation with minimum fuss and maximum rental income.
