Oldain Daniel of Cotton Ground was formally charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 2nd April 2013.
Trevor Carty of Needmust, St. Kitts was formally charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 2nd April 2013 at Charlestown Pier.
Kiereesio Browne of Cotton Ground was formally charged for offences of Cultivation of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis, which were committed on 3rd April 2013.
