The St. Kitts Experience: All That You Ever Wanted In One Place

Basseterre, St. Kitts - The St.Kitts Experience, the latest tourist attraction to hit the island of St. Kitts and Nevis and will officially throw open its doors to the public on November 26th  at Port Zante in Basseterre.

According to owner John Wallis, the full entertainment facility showcases a variety of unique offerings that will take customer service “to a new level of excellence and satisfaction in St.Kitts”.

The top floor of the complex with its Caribbean themed décor comprise the Sweet Lime Restaurant, a Night Club and a Bar while the Asian-themed downstairs will house an additional bar; Mapau Casino with slots and roulette tables as well as a gift shop.

Mapau is a division of the Trinidad based Sunny Group of Companies which has varying businesses in sixteen countries and on three continents.  Mapau Inc. was first licensed in St.Kitts in 1993. The company has grown over the years and has most recently invested over EC$11 million in the ‘St.Kitts Experience’ at Port Zante.

Among the exciting features of the St.Kitts Experience is a twice daily live show for Cruise ship passengers at a very affordable introductory price. This show will showcase the flamboyant culture of the people of St. Kitts while entertaining the masses.

Patrons will be treated to a weekly dinner theatre including a buffet and a 45 minute show. Children under five will be accommodated free of cost while special rates will be available for locals showing their residential identification cards.

Meanwhile Project Manager, Fitzallen Fulton, says the Casino is currently experiencing a soft opening but also expressed his satisfaction with the progress being made in anticipation of the grand opening of the multi-million dollar facility.
