ARREST
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, April 9th, 2013 -- Frank Marchan of Prospect Estate was formally charged for the offence of Larceny which was committed on 5 April 2013.
COURT CONVICTIONS
DISTRICT "B" MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Justin Gibson of Tabernacle Village was convicted for the offence of Simple Larceny, which was committed on 1st January 2013 at Tabernacle Village, and sentenced to fourteen (14) days imprisonment with hard labour.
Winston Hiptzytte of Trafalgar Village was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 12th August 2012 at New Guinea, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid by 19th August 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
Fredrick Black of Tabernacle Village was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 29th April 2012, and fined $600.00 which is to be paid by 19th April 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
