~~Adz:Right~~ BELMOPAN, Belize – THE Belize Bureau of Standards will be hosting an SME Workshop on Labelling and Tourism at the Belize Biltmore Plaza on Monday, November 24.

According to Caribbean Net News, the workshop is being facilitated through the Caribbean Regional Organisation for Standards and Quality (CROSQ) and the Inter-American Development Bank Multilateral International Fund (MIF) Project and is aimed at promoting SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) competitiveness in the Caribbean through International Standards.

Its objectives are to sensitise participants as to the importance of business standards, familiarise them to the standards development process and their role in that process, and to expose them to the Draft Standard(s) for their input into its contents.
