BASSETERRE St. Kitts, April 17th, 2013 -- Born under the positive and powerful sign of Taurus on April 29th, fourteen year old Javel Jeffers, is the daughter of Jasmine Jeffers and Nigel Romney. She hails from the beautiful and quaint village of Newton Ground.
Her education began at the Newton Ground Primary School. Currently, she is a third form student at the Charles E Mills Secondary School, where she studies nine subjects of which Mathematics is her favourite.
Although she aspires to become a psychiatrist, her flair for the dramatics has also inspired her desire to become an actress. Her motivational drive comes from the simple maxim "Accept the compliments you receive, forget the insults".
During her first year of high school, she was a member of the CEMSS Cheerleading Squad. While in second form, she was an indomitable force to be reckoned with in the track and field arena. She earned the title of Under 15 Girls Champion.
In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, dancing, singing in the shower and spending time with her family and friends.
Supported by the sponsorship of 'Heavy Movers', Javel is determined to walk away with the crown as the 2013 Miss Charles E Mills Secondary on the 28th April, 2013.
