BASSETERRE ST. Kitts, April 25th, 2013 -- Joleen Henry of Hermitage, Cayon was formally charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Supply, which was committed on 23rd April 2013 at the Bus Terminal, Basseterre.

BASSETERRE MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Micheal Frezzo of Earl Mourne was convicted for Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 20th April 201, and fined $500.00 forthwith or in default will serve fourteen (14) days imprisonment.
NEVIS CIRCUIT COURT
Delvin Wilkinson of Pond Hill who was Indicted for Murder which was committed on November 2nd 2010 was found Not Guilty on 23rd April 2013.
