BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – A male was transported to the Joseph N. France General Hospital late Thursday evening (Apr. 25) after the vehicle he was driving overturned in the Boyds area.
Details concerning the incident are sketchy; this publication however understands that the incident occurred sometime after 11:00 p.m.
The name of the driver is still unknown to this publication, but he is believed to be the son of St. Paul’s Joe Fahie who is also known as the ‘Photo Man’.
The direction in which the driver was travelling when the incident occurred has yet to be confirmed, but during the process the vehicle flipped and deposited on the mountain side of the road, on its top, with its front facing the sea.
The driver was reportedly removed from the vehicle and transported to the hospital and – when this publication visited the scene – it was said that he was not seriously injured. The vehicle sustained major damage.
