Sandy Point Benevolent Society, April 30th, 2013 -- This was a great recipe for success – to invite patrons and friends from across the Caribbean to share in a priceless combination of dishes from many countries. SPBS continues to embrace and promote these activities to provide memorable experiences with friends and family to help meet its goal to support educational activities across the twin island nation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
According to Dr. Mervyn Richardson, SPBS President, “I am most pleased with the atmosphere and camaraderie that this event provided. Folks came out early and stayed for a long time engaging in conversation with past friends and family”.
Unlike past events, SPBS collected feedback from a majority of the attendees. According to Vincent Hodge, SPBS VP, “this feedback is critical to help us create an even bigger event in 2014”. The survey showed that >90% of attendees responded favorably to the event and plan to attend in the future.
