BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - LAST Thursday (Apr. 25), while on the platform of the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party's Full Confidence meeting in Sandy Point, Deputy Prime Minister and Parliamentary Representative for Constituency One, Hon. Dr. Earl Asim Martin said he was told that the newly-elected Chairperson of the People's Action Movement (PAM), Cyndie Demming, was terminated from her place of employment.

Although not going into details from whom he may have received this piece of information, he did encourage those in attendance to investigate the matter.

He also informed that by the following Sunday (Apr. 28) the Labour Party would have done its investigation and would have revealed the reason for her dismissal.

“Comrades, I have heard that they elected a Chairperson in PAM, but all kind of things happen to her today (Thursday) I was told. I hear she lose she job but me ain't going say what she lose she job for. School children say all kind of things why she lose she job, but I want you to investigate because by that time we done investigate, next Sunday we are going to talk about why she lose she job.

“She lose she job and I hear the reason why she lose she job is because PAM lose the last election...that's the reason why she lose she job; because of how PAM used to behave, she behaving the same way.”

SKNVibes launched an investigation into the accusation and learnt that Demming is still an employee of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
