BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – OFFICERS of the Traffic Department are currently investigating a fatal accident that occurred early this morning (May 4) in Lynches Village.
Information reaching this media house states that the victim’s name is Alex Duncan and that he was struck by a vehicle and died on the spot.
Sergeant Calvin Amory of the Traffic Department confirmed the occurrence but was unable to provide details.
SKNVibes was referred to Head of the Traffic Department Inspector Carl Caines, but efforts to reach him were futile.
