It is a newly-established travel agency that promises its customers an experience with a difference.
Officially opened on March 1, 2013, Kingdom Travel and Tours Agency was founded by Chantel Challenger who is also the entity’s manager.
In an exclusive interview with this publication, Challenger explained that what sets her agency above the rest is the excellent customer service it promises all clientele, which is also expressed in its motto - 'You're not only a customer, you are family'.
"At Kingdom Travel and Tours Agency we offer first class service, hence our motto 'You're not only a customer, you are family', and it is very fitting for us because we offer a very friendly atmosphere here. Customer service is very important to us because it is one of the main characteristics that would keep that customer coming back."
Challenger explained that her company focuses a great deal on superb customer service and has been successful at achieving such because "we try to put ourselves in the customer's position. And by doing so, we are able to deliver better services because we simply give the clients what we would have wanted. By putting ourselves in their position we are able to get a better understanding of what they want and we able to deliver and deliver well".
Kingdom Travel and Tours Agency offers a multiplicity of affordable services including Barbados Visa packages, Airline tickets, vacation packages and cruises.
Challenger said her company would also be completing forms for persons who would like to have their United States passport renewed when the Consultants are on island.
The company also offers its clients a chance to be a part of its Grocery Club as well as its Social Club.
Elaborating on the Social Club, Challenger said that for a small annual fee, clients are given the opportunity to join the club and not only receive discounts on packages, but also be a part of the company's events planning and participate in the different activities.
She also explained that the Agency is currently offering a trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico dubbed "Thanksgiving Shopping Experience" which includes airfare, accommodation and tour guides. She informed that interested persons could visit the office and make down payments and also pay in instalments.
Also being offered is a Barbados Visa Special in June and July for only EC$1760. The special include airfare, accommodation, transportation, application form completion and appointment security.
Challenger told SKNVibes that she made the decision to establish her own agency, having been in the industry for over 10 years and receiving numerous encouragement by many of her long-standing clients.

Challenger disclosed that her staff also speaks fluent Spanish which, she deems a plus to the Agency.
The Agency was previously located at Lower Monkey Hill, St. Peters but on Monday (June 3) has been relocated to an office building on Central Street, where the official grand opening was deemed successful and "very welcoming".
Challenger enunciated that the customer flow so far has been great and she is expecting to gain a longer client list now that the Agency is situated in Basseterre, where there is a greater opportunity for walk-in patrons.
She disclosed that so far three customers, who were first time applicants in the Barbados Visa Package, were successful in gaining 10-year US Visas.
With regards to future plans, Challenger expressed that apart from expanding her business, she intends to become the main travel agency for a least one of the airlines operating in St. Kitts as well as cater to regional and international customers.
