    Premier Parry To Honor Outstanding Nevisian at Awards Dinner In the
    USVI 
     
    CHARLESTOWN,NEVIS- Premier of Nevis, the Hon. Joseph Parry will be honoring Mr. Roosevelt David at the Kittitians in Paradise Association Dinner - Awards gala at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort in St. Thomas U.S Virgin Island (USVI) on Saturday, November 22nd.
     
    The guest speaker at this auspicious occasion will be the Prime Minister of St. Kitts-Nevis, the Hon. Dr. Denzil Douglas.
     
    According to the President of the Kittitians in Paradise Association, Mr. Vincent Liburd, the non-profit organization seeks to assist people in St. Kitts, Nevis and the USVI and to maintain a strong economic and cultural link between the Federation and the USVI.
     
    The six persons being honored at the award dinner are: Former Senator- Mr. ~~Adz:Right~~Roosevelt David, Board of Education member- Ms. Deborah Smith Washington, Retired Principal- Mr. George Newton, Professor at the University of the USVI- Mr. Vincent Cooper, USVI Tourism officer- Ms. Rosalie Bedford and Executive Director in the Chamber of Commerce- Mr. Joseph Oban.
     
    The Premier left Montserrat today, Friday, where he led a St. Kitts-Nevis delegation to the 48th meeting of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States  (OECS) Authority from November 19th-21st.  The event took place at the Montserrat Cultural Centre in Little Bay.
