ARRESTS
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, June 14th, 2013 -- Marlon Heath of Cardin Ave was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Crack, Possession of Crack with Intent to Supply, and Possession of Cocaine which were allegedly committed on 7/6/13 at Cardin Ave.
Zamba Heath of Cardin Ave was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Crack, Possession of Crack with Intent to Supply, Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply which were allegedly committed on 7/6/13 at Cardin Ave.
Akeem Williams of Soho, Sandy Point was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was allegedly committed on 7/6/13 at Sandy Point.
A juvenile was formally charged and arrested for the offence of Obstruction Under the Drug Act, which was committed on 10th June 2013.
A juvenile was formally charged and arrested for the offence of House Breaking and Larceny, which was committed between 12th - 21st May 2013.
Clive Walters, Ashley Parris and Javier Lee of Bath Village were formally charged and arrested for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 10th June 2013.
Vaughan Parris of Stoney Grove and Vernon Parris of New Castle was formally charged and arrested for the offences of Disorderly Conduct By Fighting and Unlawfully Throwing Missiles, which were committed on 10th June 2013.
Kierese Liburd of Nisbett Settlement, Nevis was formally and arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of cannabis which was allegedly committed on 10/06/13.
Rodney Estridge of Saddlers Village was formally charged and arrested for the offence of Wounding, which was allegedly committed on 8th June 2013 at Tabernacle Village.
COURT CONVICTIONS
Basseterre Magistrate Court
Detoia Byron of Conaree was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 2nd July 2012 and was fined $500.00 to be paid in one month period or in default serve two months imprisonment.
Sharazdine Roberts of Ponds Extension was convicted for the offence of Beating, which was committed on 6th March 2013 and was fined $500.00 to be paid within fourteen days or in default serve one month imprisonment.
District "B" Magistrate Court
Joseph Browne of Grove Village, St. Pauls was convicted for the offence of Simple Wounding, which was committed on 30th August 2012 at St. Pauls and was placed on a bond in the sum of $3000.00 for a period of six months to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Eugene Davis of Newton Ground aka "Killer Cat" of Newton Ground was convicted for the offence of Breaking His Injunction and Protection Order and Malicious Damage, which was committed on 20th May 2013 at Newton Ground and was sentenced to serve one month imprisonment on each charge. Sentences to run concurrently.
