ARRESTS
Kevin Morton of La Guerite Village was formally arrested and charged with five (5) charges of Forgery, which were committed between 26th November 2012 and 27th April 2013.
Ryan Warner alias "Fly Boy" of Stapleton Village was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Refusing to Give Name, Refusing to Give Address, and Making Use of Indecent Language, which were committed on 14th June 2013.
Sana Usman of Ocean Edge, Frigate Bay was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 14th June 2013.
Akesha Lynch of Dieppe Bay was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Carrying Abroad An Offensive Weapon, which was committed on 15th June 2013.
Devon Gumbs of Main Street, Old Road and Javid Wigley of Half Way Tree were formally arrested and charged for the offences of Obstruction Under the Drug Act, Possession of Cannabis, Battery on Police and Resisting Arrest, which were committed on 15th June 2013.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District "B" Magistrate Court
Kimwell Matthew of Saddlers Village was convicted for the offence of Battery, which was committed on 1st December 2012, and sentenced to seven (7) days imprisonment with hard labour.
Erick Phipps of Farm Site, Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Assault, which was committed on 15th June 2012 at Sandy Point, and sentenced to thirty(30) days imprisonment with hard labour.
Jaron Francis alias "Ban" of Farm Site, Sandy Point was convicted for the offences of Indecent Language and Threatening Language, which were committed on 8th February 2013, and fined $300.00 for each charge which are to be paid by 20th June 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days imprisonment with hard labour, for each charge.
