JULY 3rd, 2013 -- Another Kittitian has excelled. Xanella J Broadbelt of Romney’s Ground, Sandy Point, a woman of gratitude, dignity and honor, has completed her studies in May, 2013.
She has achieved a major accomplishment by graduating with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Morgan State University, Maryland.
Throughout her four years stint at this university, Xanella maintained a 3.8 cumulative GPA, qualifying her to graduate Summa Cum Laude out of a graduating class of over six hundred students. She received her early education at the St Theresa Convent High School, Sandy Point Primary and later at the Sandy Point High School which is now the Charles E Mills Secondary School.
Xanella offers her personal thanks to Almighty God and her ever supporting parents Ms Julie and Mr. Vincent Broadbelt and her entire family, especially her uncle Mr Lennox Warner. At Times the going was rough but with their unwavering support she made it.
Her proud parents and other family members were able to share in her proud moment when Xanella walked across the stage to receive her diploma at the annual commencement ceremony.
