BASSETERRE (9th July, 2013) -- Organizers have begun preparations for the sizzling Fourth Annual Latin Fiesta, which will take place on Sunday 27th October, 2013 at The St. Kitts Marriott Beach, Frigate Bay.
Last year the Fiesta was infused with the world-renowned influences of the Brazilian carnival and featured Batukealo, this was a powerful musical group. Last year Latin Fiesta pulsated with music, food, and with hundreds of people in attendance. Infused with the world-renowned influences of the Brazilian Carnival, dazzling costumes and Samba dancers thrilling rhythmic music moved and grooved this audience, which represented a wide cross-section of the Federation, including visitors from the neighboring islands and Brazil.
This year The St. Kitts Marriott Resort has partnered with Latin Festival, LLC to organize the event, and according to the festival committee, the fourth Annual Latin Fiesta will deliver an even richer cultural Latin experience.
This year the event will be larger than previous events and an International artist which will be announced in a few weeks will be performing. The expectation is to bring more than 2,500 people to the event, under the theme, “Dominican Republic Edition”. The Festival will include other cultural expressions and activities, which are aligned with the objectives to pursue multicultural interchanges.
