Bridgetown, Barbados, July 8, 2013 -- Goddard Enterprises Limited (GEL) announces the appointment of Anthony Ali as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Barbados based regional organisation. His appointment will take effect August 1st 2013 and follows the recent retirement of the former CEO Martin Pritchard.
A Trinidadian by birth, Anthony Ali was educated in Toronto where he also worked until 2009 before returning to Trinidad.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of Toronto, an Executive Marketing degree from the University of Western Ontario and a two year fellowship with McKinsey & Company.
Mr. Ali has worked with several regional and multinational companies serving varying sectors such as retail, manufacturing and energy. He is a strong team player and his management experience in Sales, Operational and Strategic Planning, in the global marketplace will be a significant asset for GEL.
“My focus is on growth, profitability and delivering on key performance metrics by aligning sales, marketing, and operational excellence with the development of a strategic road map, and engaging our employees” says the incoming CEO of his career goals.
