ARRESTS
Shanna Taten of Newton Ground was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Battery on Police, which was committed on 14th July 2013.
Wayne Pemberton of Lower Fiennes Avenue was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Driving Without Driver's Licence and Driving Without A Valid Driver's Licence, which were committed on 14th July 2013.
Mackline Hendrickson of West Farm was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Driving Without A Valid Licence, which was committed on 14th July 2013.
COURT CONVICTION
Magistrate Court
Samuel Warde of Harris was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention which was committed on 9/3/13 at Frigate Bay Road, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison.
Jason Williams was convicted for the offence of failing to comply with the direction of U turn did drive at College Street on 21/03/13. He was cautioned for the offence.
Rhondell Brookes of Upper Monkey Hill was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 10/05/13, and fined $500.00 which is payable in one (1) month or in default will serve one (1) Month in Prison.
Calvernette Phillip of Buckley's Estate was convicted for the offence of Disorderly Conduct By Fighting which was committed on 09/03/13, and fined $500.00 which is payable in one (1) Month or in default will serve one (1) Month in prison.
A juvenile was convicted for the offence of Disorderly Conduct By Fighting which was committed on the 09/03/13, and placed on a curfew for one (1) year between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm at home; was also ordered to perform Community Service of 200 hours at the Children's home.
Keithroy Morton of Government Road was convicted for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Cultivation of Cannabis which were committed on 3/7/2013, and fined $5,000 .00 which is to be paid within six (6) months or in default will serve twelve (12) months in prison with hard labour for each offence.
Trevin Galloway of Shadwell was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis whoich was committed on 8/72013, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve three (3) months in prison with hard labour.
