BASSETERRE St. Kitts, July 17th 2013 - With a hunger to engage young people into a professional level of active dance and music ministry, NGU was established on August 6, 2012. Nexxt Generation United or NGU, is the brainchild of Director and Founder Don Christopher together with nine other young persons from within the local church which forms the NGU Executive Team namely Denasio Frank (NGU Team Manager), Delroy Boone (NGU Dance Fusion Coordinator), Tracelyn Herbert (NGU Secretary/Treasurer) , Renicia Mc Donald ( NGU Youth Mentor), Marsha Chatterjee (Marketing Support), Stephen Smith (Media Support) ,Sherima Richcards ( Public Relations Officer), Tevincia Caines(Youth Support), Tristan Richardson (Youth Support)
NGU is an inter-denominational Youth Empowerment Program whose Executive committee members are all volunteers, endorsing the NGU vision to help broaden the scope of Learning and talents of a new generation.
The three arms of Nexxt Generation United are NGU Voice, NGU Dance Fusion and NGU Resource Administration Program.
As a soft launch for this aspiring group of talented young persons , NGU has recently published an introductory promotional video, available on social media sites of Facebook and Youtube (keywords NGU promo video 2013 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zp-idlo-bkM).
In only a few days of posting, this infomercial has been receiving rave reviews, having been professionally produced by Stephen Smith, CEO of Blue Torch Productions, who is also a NGU executive committee member.
Currently The Nexxt Generation United Youth Music and Vocal Team is preparing to launch its First ever Music Track later this year.” Its Going to be MADDD”. The other two areas of our program NGU Dance Fusion and NGU-Rap ( Resource Administration Program) will be launched at the end of the second quarter of 2014..
“We are young, dynamic group aiming to inspire youths to build faith in God through Music, creative arts and leadership training”. One of our goals as a youth team is that we want to create a positive environment for interaction among youth to share life experiences.
