BASSETERRE St. Kitts, July 29th, 2013 -- Francis Langlais of Upper Monkey Hill was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention which was committed on 12/2/13, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid in fourteen (14) days or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.
Fernando Palmer of Victoria Road, Basseterre was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention which was committed on 18/3/13, and fined $300.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison.
Kimberly Nguyen of Ocean Edge, Frigate Bay was convicted for the offences of Driving Without a Valid and Unexpired Drivers' License, Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle and Driving Without Being Covered By Insurance. She was cautioned for the offences of Driving Without a Valid and Unexpired Drivers' License and Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle she was cautioned, and fined $600.00 for the offence of Driving Without being covered by Insurance, which is to be paid in one (1) month or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.
