    ARRESTS

     

    Kevin Edwards of Upper Cayon was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon which was allegedly committed at Port Zante on 26/7/13.

    Vincent Percival of Lime Kiln was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol which was allegedly committed at Pond Road on 27/713.

    WOUNDING INCIDENTS
     
    The Criminal Investigation Department is investigating  a report of Wounding which occurred on 26/07/2013 in the vicinity of the National Museum, which left one man hospitalised and another with minor injuries.

    Initial investigation revealed that Vince Bridgewater and Rohan Hamilton of St. Paul Village had an altercation which resulted in both men received wounds to their bodies, and were taken to the hospital.


    HOUSE FIRE
     
    Officers of The Sandy Point Police Station are investigating the circumstances under which the home of Jakie Jeffers of the Alley, Sandy Point was on fire. The fire was extinguished by the Sandy Point Division of the St. Kitts and Nevis Fire and Rescue Services. Initial investigation revealed that attempted arson is suspected. 
     
    Anyone who has any information pertaining to this incident is ask to call the Sandy Point Police Station at 465-6261, the nearest police station, or, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477. Remember, you information will be confidential and you maybe entitled to receive a reward.

    MISSING ATV

    The Traffic Department is investigating a report of a Missing Vehicle. Initial investigation revealed that the P7302, a yellow ATV was parked on a road at Conaree Beach on 28/7/13 at 9:45 am, and about 10:30 am later that same date it was discovered missing.

    Anyone who has any information pertaining to this investigation is ask to call the Traffic Department at 465-2241 Ext. 264, the nearest Police Station, or Crime Stoppers at 1-880-8477, remember your information will be treated as confidential, and you may be eligible to receive a reward.

    TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

    The Traffic Department is investigating a traffic accident which occurred on Saturday 27 July 2013 about 2:40 am along Pond Road which resulted in one (1) person being transported to the hospital. 

    Initial investigation revealed that motor jeep P1464 owned and driven by Vincent Percival of Lime Kiln Project and motor car P5443 owned by Alexander Simon of Lower Monkey Hill involed in the accident. The passenger of P1464, Beverly Hull of Lime Kiln Project was transported to the hospital.
