    COURT CONVICTION

     


     

    Sherman Francis of St. Paul Village was convicted for the offences of Possession of Cannabis, Obstructing A Police Officer While Executing Her Duty, Driving Without Insurance  and Driving Without Driver's Licence, which were committed on 20th May 2013.  For Possession of Cannabis charge, he was fined $5000.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison and for Driving Without Insurance, he was fined $750.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default serve one (1) month in prison, and disqualified form obtaining a Driver's Licence for six (6) months. For the charges Driving Without Driver's Licence and Obstructing An Officer While Executing Her Duty, he was cautioned.
