District “B” Magistrate Court
Kirk Adams of Newton Ground was convicted for the offence of Simple Wounding which was committed on 20/4/13 at Newton Ground, and sentenced to fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.
Sharima Woodley of The Alley, Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Simple Wounding which was committed on 11/4/13 at Sandy Point, and placed on a bond in the sum of $2000.00 for a period of six (6) months to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Lancesito Phillip of West Farm was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Seatbelt which was committed on 3/4/13, and fined $100.00 which is to be paid by 16/8/13 or in default will serve seven (7) days in prison with hard labour.
Keith Hicks of King Street, Basseterre was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Seatbelt which was committed on 22/3/13, and fined $100.00 which is to be paid by 16/8/13 or in default will serve seven (7) days in prison with hard labour.
Grenville Warner of Green Tree, Old Road was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Seatbelt which was committed on 24/4/13 at Sandy Point, and fined of $100.00 which is to be paid by 16/8/13 or in default will serve seven (7) days in prison with hard labour.
Oneil Doyling of Saddlers was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Insurance which was committed on 23/4/13 at Dieppe Bay, and fined of $300.00 which is to be paid by 16/8/13 or in default will serve seven (7) days in prison.
Charles Gumbs alias “Harpes” of Cleverly Hill, Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Driving When His Front Seat Passenger was not Adequately Restrained by a Seatbelt which was committed on 6/3/13 at Sandy Point, and fined $100.00 which is to be paid by 16/8/13 or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.
Miguel Browne of Soho, Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 30/5/13 at Sandy Point, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid by 31/8/13 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
