ARREST
Omari Cranston of The Alley Sandy Point was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Threatening to Kill which was allegedly committed on 10/8/13.
Curtis Thomas of Parson Ground was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Wounding and Battery which were allegedly committed on 30/7/13 at Parson Ground.
COURT CONVICTION
Basseterre Magistrates Court
Robert Hudson of Bird Rock was convicted for. The offence Driving Without Due Care and Attention which was committed at Bird Rock on 23/3/13, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or in default. Will serve one (1) month in prison.
Rohan Isaac of Cayon was convicted for the offence of Indecent Language on 17/5/12 at Cayon, and fined $300.00 which is to be paid in two (2) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.
John Leader of Taylors was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 15/10/12 at Taylors, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid in four [4] months or in default will serve one[1] month in prison.
Kelvin Lewis of Upper Monkey Hill was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis on 3/2/12 at Upper Monkey Hill, and fined $3,500.00 which is to be paid in five (5) months or in default will serve two (2) months in prison.
A Juvenile was convicted for Wounding with Intent and received a suspended sentence of six [6] months imprisonment, which is to take effect only if he is convicted for any offence committed between the date of this conviction and the juvenile's 18th Birthday.
District B Magistrate Court
Curtis Mitchell of Gibbon Hills, Dieppe Bay. Was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 12/2/13 at Dieppe Baya, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid by 6/9/13 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
