ARRESTS
Lebreska Sweeney of Cherry Garden, Nevis was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Firearm and Possession of ammunition, which were allegedly committed on 24/08/2013 at Basseterre.
Sheldon Kelly of Boyds Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm, which was allegedly committed on the 25/8/13 at Boyd village.
Edwin Sargeant of Monkey Hill was formally arrested and charged for two (2) counts of Attempted Murder, which were committed on 23/8/2013 at Bird Rock.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District “B” Magistrates Court
Crispin Carey of Tabernacle Village was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 17/6/13 at Tabernacle Village, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid by 13/9/13, or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
Leroy Richards Jr of the Alley, Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Failing to Produce his Driver’s License which was committed at Sandy Point, and fined of $100.00 which is to be paid by 6/9/13, or, in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison.
