When All Is Said And Done,

It is this land I am from

It is here my ideals were born

And from here will I forever belong.

While I celebrate the good

And vehemently abhor the wrong

I know of no other place,

That alight can set my face

Land That I Love.

That makes my humble heart race

Yet calms my spirit anew.

Through my raging veins

Deeply runs my love for "you"

Despite storms long gone

And inevitable perils unborn

None like my lone sweet home

Can bring meaning to my world,

St. Kitts and Nevis

Land That I Love.

Oh Land that I love,

Torn at times by pockets of strife

Amidst currents of social stresses

That sometimes run intensely rife

Still, ode to you am I and many

For the rock you have been

In daunting times of want,

And glorious times of plenty

When all is said and done

St. Kitts and Nevis,

You’re still the One

The Precious Land that I love.

When All Is Said And Done,

Thirty years is a battle won

Having overcome countless hurdles

Steadfastly you have shown;

An unwavering will to face the unknown

And so in looking ahead

Collectively, may here we find,

A HOPE filled people

Content, Confident not blind

United, may all ills we rise above

“Hail” to our independent nation

St. Kitts and Nevis,

Land that I Love.

A tribute to our thirty year old Independent nation.
