Half Way Tree shop owner robbed; allegedly shot

    BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - A Half Way Tree shop owner is said to have been robbed sometime today (Sept. 24).

     

    When contacted, Police Press and Public Relations Officer Inspector Lyndon David failed to provide details of the incident but confirmed that a robbery did take place in the area.
     
    “At this time I cannot give any major details into the incident, but a press will be sent soon,” he said.

    Reports reaching SKNVibes stated that the shop owner was shot during the process but Inspector David could not confirm.
     
    UPDATE:
     
    SKNVibes just received information that the shop owner's name is Ken Rogers of Half Way Tree and he was not shot as earlier reported.
