BASSETERRE St. Kitts, October 8th 2013 -- Senior Joaquin Lacke Portuondo – Eastern Caribbean Director of ICAP (Cuban Institute of FRIENDSHIP WITH THE PEOPLES), is paying an official visit to the region, he has already visited St. Lucia from October 3rd – 9th and is currently in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis where he will be from October 9th – 20th, 2013. Director Lacke Portuondo will then visit Dominica from October 16th – 20th, after which he will visit Trinidad and Tobago from October 20th – 23rd.
During his visit to St. Kitts, Senior Joaquin Lacke Portuondo will hold Press Conferences, meet with Government Officials, Cuban Graduates, Trade Unionists, Members of the Cuban Solidarity Organizations, The Cuban Medical Brigade, Management of the JNF Hospital, visit the Monument of our First National Hero the Honorable Robert L. Bradshaw, Be a special guest of honor at the Cuban Embassy Cocktail Reception, visit historical sites, make guest appearances on radio talk shows and visit selected schools around the island.
Senior Joaquin Lacke Portuondo, while in Nevis, will visit the Alexandra Hospital, meet with ministers of the Nevis Island Administration and make guest appearance on a radio talk show.
