    ARRESTS

     

    Janiel Shane Thomas of Jamaica was formally arrested and charged for two (2) counts of False Pretences allegedly committed on 21st March, 2013 at Basseterre.

     

    Anna Lesbia Rameo of Crosses Alley was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Wounding with Intent, which was allegedly committed on September 23rd,2013. 

     

    A juvenile was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Mask and Possession of Housebreaking implements, which were allegedly committed on 08:10:13.  

     

    Glenville Phillip of Bath Village was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Mask and Possession of Housebreaking Implements, which were allegedly committed on 08:10:13. 

     

    Shaquille Parris of Bath Village for the offences of Possession of Mask and Possession of Housebreaking Implements, which were allegedly committed on 08:10:13. 

     


     

    COURT CONVICTION 

     

    District "A" Magistrate's Court 

     

    Nikoyan Greaux of Central Street was convicted of the offences of Larceny From Unattended Motor Vehicle and Malicious Damage, and sentenced to fifteen (15) months imprisonment. 

     

     

     

    DISTRICT “C”Magistrate's Court

     

    Asim Parris of Stoney Grove was convicted for the offence of for the offence of Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve six (6) months in prison. 

     

    Mervin Parris of Cotton Ground was convicted for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Receiving, and fined $1000.00 EC for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve six (6) months in prison and fined $1000.00 EC  for Receiving which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve twelve (12) months in prison with hard labour.
