Background and Education
• Prior to attending Cornell University’s Hotel School, Lidicker attended schools in the Far East and Switzerland
• Lidicker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, which he attained whilst studying at Boston University
Leader in Hospitality
• Lidicker has over 35 years of experience within the hospitality industry, developing and managing four and five star resort properties internationally
• Lidicker’s prolific career includes opening and repositioning over twenty-five hotels, resorts and cruise ships
• Working with industry leaders such as, Rockresorts, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Lincoln Hotel Corporation, Lidicker has developed a diverse portfolio of knowledge and is well respected within the industry
• During his career Lidicker has been responsible for the development of well over $500 million of hospitality projects, and has held key positions such as, President of Knott Hotel Corporation as US based family hotel group, which was sold to Trusthouse Forte Hotels in 1977
Sedona Resorts
• Formed in 1992, Sedona Resorts was founded by a group of accomplished hoteliers to provide technical assistances and management to developers in need of entrepreneurial, experienced hospitality services
• Highlights of the group’s successes to date, include working across a spectrum of upscale hotel and resort properties, such as the Mii amo Spa and Enchantment Resort in Arizona
• Recent achievements include, Mii amo destination spa at the Enchantment resort being named ‘world’s best destination spa’ for the second time by Travel + Leisure magazine
• Sedona Resorts has extensive experience within the US hospitality market and is recognised within the travel industry internationally. Its services have been employed in hundreds of properties around the world from Africa to the Americas, and its influence has spanned the globe
Kittitian Hill
• Sedona Resorts have been working on the Kittitian Hill project in the north of St. Kitts, since conception
• As hotel operator of Belle Mont Farm, the inaugural 5 star hotel at Kittitian Hill, Sedona will work closely with founder Val Kempadoo, in order to achieve the shared objective, “to blend sustainability with five star luxury”
