BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – POLICE have issued a bulletin for Jermaine Iqubal Niles, alias Benji, who they say is wanted for wounding and obstruction; offences he allegedly committed on Monday, July 1, 2013.
Niles is said to be armed and dangerous and the police are advising the general public that he must not be approached if seen.
The wanted man is 32 years old, five feet 10 inches tall, dark in complexion, weighs 160 pounds, sports long black plaits and New Road Housing, St. Kitts was given as his last known address.
The police are also cautioning the general public that anyone who harbours or helps Niles in any way to evade them would have committed an offence. This offence would result in the arrest and subsequent charge of the person involved.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact the Basseterre Police Station at 465-2241 extension 223 or 267, or call the nearest police station or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477 (TIPS),” a police release read.
The law enforcement body is also reminding citizens and residents of St. Kitts and Nevis that when they would have called Crime Stoppers, they do not have to give their name or number and “you may be eligible for a reward”.
