Property Tax Unit Goes Green

    Antigua, October 28th, 2013  --  As more steps are taken to go green, the Property Valuation Unit within the Inland Revenue Department is pleased to announce that property owners can now receive their bills via email.

     

    To this end, Property Owners are being urged to submit their email addresses to the Property Valuation Unit to facilitate this process of receiving their bills via email.
     
    Additionally, the Property Valuation Unit is also soliciting the further co-operation of tax payers to come in and get their accounts up to date.
     
    Property owners with outstanding payments are being encouraged to capitalise on the no penalties, no interest waiver which is presently ongoing.
     
    According to the Chief Valuation Of?cer Lesroy Samuel, tax payers who are in arrears should come in to the Unit and make payment arrangements to clear their bills.
     
    He is also urging them to take full advantage of the present no penalty no interest period which will eventually come to an end.
