ARRESTS
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, November 1st, 2013 -- Two (2) juveniles were formally arrested and charged for the offence of Battery, which was committed on 28th October 2013 at Bakers Corner.
Videl Walters of Boyd's Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Disorderly Conduct By Fighting, which was committed on 27th October 2013 at Boyds Village.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District A Magistrate Court
Adrian Browne of Upper Monkey Hill was convicted for the offences of Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Supply and Obstruction, which were committed on 31st May 2013, and fined $4000.00 for both charges of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply, which is to be paid within four (4) Months or in default will serve four (4) months in prison for each offence, and reprimanded and discharged for the offence of Obstruction.
