St Kitts, West Indies - 29th October 2013 -- Belmont Resorts Limited has today begun construction of The Village Inn, the second hotel on Kittitian Hill. This suite hotel, which is due to open in November 2014, will be at the heart of cultural life on Kittitian Hill and in close proximity to a wide range of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.
Demand from buyers has been strong and over half of the suites, which are available for purchase under the St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment program have already been sold. The Village Inn follows on the heels of our first hotel, Belle Mont Farm, which is nearing completion and will shortly welcome its first guests.
