ARRESTS
Trevor Hector of College Street was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Larceny, which was allegedly committed on 8/11/2013 at Paul Southwell Industrial Site.
Three (3) juveniles were formally arrested and charged for the offence of Building Breaking With Intent, which was allegedly committed on 4/11/13.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District "B" Magistrate’s Court
Jermaine Thomas of Lower Stone Castle, Tabernacle was convicted for the offence of Threatening Language which was committed on 10/04/13 at Tabernacle, and fined $200.00 which is to be paid by 30/11/13, or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.
Elston Daniel alias Eli of Central Cayon was convicted for the offence of Larceny committed on 13/11/12 at Sandy Point. He was $5000.00 by 30/11/13 or in default will serve two (2) months in prison with hard labour.
Jason Morton of Hermitage Village Cayon was convicted for the offence of Larceny committed on 13/11/12 at Sandy Point. He was fined $1000.00 by 30/11/13 or in default to serve 30 days in prison.
A juvenile was convicted for the offence of Larceny committed on 13/11/12 at Sandy Point, and fined of $1000.00 which is to be paid by 30/11/13, or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison.
