District "C" Magistrate's Court
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, November 14th, 2013 -- Terrence Nisbett of Jessups Village was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed of 21 August 2013 at Charlestown, and fined $250.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve six (6) months in prison.
Kyle Henry of Haynes Smith Village was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 20 September 2013 at the Charlestown Pier, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid in three (3) month or in default will serve one (1) month in prison with hard labour.
Jermaine Wilkinson of Cotton Ground was convicted for the offence of Insulting Language which was committed on 11 August 2013 at Cotton Ground, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve three (3) months in prison with hard labour.
Ruport Pondt of Jessups Village was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention which was committed on 09 August 2013 at Stoney Grove, and cautioned.
Augustus Freeman and Brian Maynard both of Rawlins Village were both convicted for the offence of Larceny which was committed on 19 August 2013 at Hard times, Gingerland, and cautioned.
