BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – ONE day before the inaugural launch of SKNVibes’ latest initiative PEP TV, the company’s VP of Sales and Marketing has declared that all is set for a good show tomorrow night (Jan. 21) and has expressed her confidence in a phenomenal response.

In an exclusive interview with Udora Farrell, she informed that after recognizing the overwhelming response received upon the launch of PEP Radio, the company looked forward to widening its scope with PEP TV, an innovative entertainment show of People Entertaining People. Farrell also indicated that the show is pleased to have “one of the region’s favourite entertainers” Sugar Bowl as host.

SKNVibes has successfully concluded all negotiations with The Cable, St. Kitts and NTV Channel 8, Nevis and is pleased to confirm that PEP TV will be aired this Wednesday at 8pm. The show can be viewed on channel 24 (Food Network) in St Kitts and Channel 8 (NTV) in Nevis and would feature many local events including sports and entertainment. The show can also be viewed on demand via SKNVibes.com.”

Farrell said no one can afford to miss the ‘pep’ as tomorrow’s show will feature highlights from Carnival 2008-2009 and would deliver quality entertainment that only Sugar Bowl can give.

“From the comments we received from the listeners [of PEP Radio], people are already looking forward to a programme that features mostly local content with a light-hearted sense of humour attached to it. For people who know Sugar Bowl, they should have a very good understanding of what to expect and he’s is not going to let you down. His absence [from being on-air] has given him the opportunity to rest to come back with a very different level of energy that was witnessed in the launch of PEP Radio. He now has an increased level of enthusiasm and a new and transformed sense of entertainment!

“We are achieving our corporate objectives to provide content in a variety of forms whether through hard news, PEP Radio and now through video.  People can appreciate at least one of our various ways of reaching the world. We are opening St. Kitts-Nevis to the entire world to allow every interested person to be able to witness local events.

“We appreciate the efforts of NTV Channel 8 which supported our objective to provide content to residents of Nevis. We must also word our appreciation to The Cable, St. Kitts for its continued partnership with us.”

Farrell further stated that upon the success of PEP TV and according to the responses received, the show may be extended to more than an hour and even multiple shows per week. She also indicated that there are considerations to make the necessary partnerships to allow the show to be viewed on television around the Caribbean.
