ARRESTS
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, November 26th, 2013 -- Conrod Clarke of Basseterre was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Larceny, which allegedly occurred on 22/11/113.
Gerard Stapleton alias "Sadam" of Mount Idle, Sandy Point was formally arrested and charged for the offences of: Controlled Drugs; and Possession of a Mask without lawful excuse which was allegedly committed on 23/11/13 at the Strip.
Elroy Rawlins of Shadwell was formally arrested and charged for the offences of: (1) Obstruction under the drug act; (2) Resisting Arrest; (3) Battery on Police; (4) Refusing To Give Name and Address; (5) Indecent Language; and (6) Threatening Language, which were allegedly committed at Potential Bar on Cayon Street on 22/11/13.
Ike Dias of Boyds Village was formally arrested and charged for the offences of: (1) Obstruction Under The Drug Act; (2) Battery on Police, and (3) Resisting Arrest, which were allegedly committed at the Potential Bar on Cayon Street on 22/11/13.
Dwight Burke Jr. of Fig Tree was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Aggravated Assault, which was allegedly committed on 18/11/13 at Fig Tree. He was also formally arrested and charged for the offence of Resisting Arrest, which was allegedly committed on 23/11/13 at Fig Tree.
Eulander Robins of Jessups Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Larceny, which was allegedly on committed on the 22nd November,2013 at City Drug Store.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District "B" Magistrate's Court
Patricia Huggins of Mansion Project was convicted for the offence of Indecent Language which was committed on 22-4-13 at Mansion Project, and placed on a bond in the sum of $2000.00 for a period of twelve (12) months, to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Dave Richardson of Upper Project, Saddlers Village was convicted for the offences of Indecent Language and Threatening Language, and fined $300.00 which is to be paid before 30/11/13 or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison.
