COURT CONVICTIONS
St. Christopher Circuit Court
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, December 10th, 2013 -- Reuben Foster of Boyd's Village was convicted on 12 November 2013 for the offence of Causing Grievous Bodily Harm, which was committed on 29 August 2011 ,and placed on a suspended sentence for a period of three (3) years. He was sentenced to perform 150 hours community service for a period of one (1) year, with the assistance of the Probation and Child Protection Services Department. He is not to be found close or in the victim's business or interfere with the victim or the victim's daughter, and if Reuben Foster breaches these conditions he will be taken back to court and serve his sentence in prison.
District B Magistrate's Court
Ashton Davreene Brownbill of Crab Hill, Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 31st March 2013 at Sandy Point Sporting Complex, and fined $2000.00 which is to be paid by 28th December 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
Javid Daniel of Saddlers Village was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 21st April 2012 at Main Street, Sandy Point, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid by 31st December 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
Lincoln Fyfiled of Station Street, Old Road was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 18th March 2013 at West Farm, and fined $2000.00 which is to be paid by 13th December 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
