ARRESTS
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, December 12th, 2013 -- Elvis Burroughs of Cunningham Village, Cayon was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which allegedly was committed at Shanty Town, Cayon on 10/12/2013.
Tajal Heyliger of Upper Shaw Avenue, Basseterre was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was allegedly committed at Prickley Pear Alley at on 10/12/2013.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District "A" Magistrate's Court
Terrance Hendrickson of Dorset Village was found guilty for Battery committed on 21/12/2013, ordered to pay $1000.00 compensation to the complainant by the 14th February 2014 or in default will serve three (3) months in prison.
