BASSETERRE St.Kitts, December 10th, 2013 -- Subsequent to recent articles published by the St Kitts and Nevis Olympic Committee (SKNOC), regarding the continued training of coaches, we are pleased to advise that two more coaches are now better equipped to provide the requisite technical assistance to their respective National Sporting Federation.
Mr Allister James, qualified Athletics/Track and Field Level 1 Coach and Physical Trainer, returned to the Federation on Saturday 7th December, 2013, following his three month stint at the Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary.
Congratulations are in order to Mr Allister James who is now the recipient of a diploma in General Conditioning after successfully completing the course with a grade point average of 4.86% out of an overall total of 5.00. The diploma is recognised by the International Olympic Committee and its affiliates
Similarly, FIFA certified coach, Mr Lester Alexis Morris, returned to the Federation recently with an advanced certificate in Women’s Football.
Mr Morris has expressed his appreciation for being afforded the opportunity to attend this Women's course and stated that “this is only my second such course and I look forward for many more so that I can fully contribute to the development of women's football in the Federation”.
