2013 has been a year of joys and disappointments, good times and hard times but throughout it all we must remember that now is the Season for Peace, Joy and Goodwill to all.
Let us reflect on the real reason for the Season the celebration of the birth of Christ who was sent to be one of us and to give us an opportunity for salvation.
Our People also need opportunities to raise their standard of living, pay their bills comfortably, procure decent long term jobs, good reliable healthcare, affordable education and basically to get relief from the harsh economic times that now plague our Country,
We must give God thanks for each and everyday the we are given, so that we can make the most of every opportunity afforded to us.
As we wish each other Happy Christmas, Season's greetings or simply Happy Holidays let us do so in the Spirit of UNITY, sincerity and respect hoping that the New Year will bring the relief that all our people need.
'Tis the season to be jolly" as well, and so I wish everyone a fun filled, enjoyable, peaceful and incident free Carnival.
As the Team UNITY Candidate for Constituency #2, Central Basseterre, I once again pledge to work diligently to provide proper representation for the Constituency serving ALL and Not a selected few.
