ARRESTS
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, December 27th, 2013 -- Rodney Jeffers of Lime Kiln Project was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Being Found in an Enclosed Premises, which was allegedly committed on 24/12/2013.
Llewellyn Earle of Crab Hill, Sandy Point was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Carrying Abroad An Offensive Weapon, which was allegedly committed about 8:45 am on 24/12/13 at Crab Hill, Sandy Point.
Dion Walters of Stoney Grove and Gavin Herbert of Bath Village were both formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Building Breaking Larceny, Burglary, Possession of Firearm, and Possession of Ammunition, which were committed at Cedar Tree, Charlestown on 22/12/2013.
Dave Richardson of Upper Saddlers Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of cannabis, which was allegedly committed on 25/12/13 at Tabernacle Village.
Kervin Carty of the Alley, Sandy Point was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Malicious Damage, which was committed on 24/12/13 at Main Street, Sandy Point.
