He is six feet tall, weighs approximately 150 pounds and is dark in complexion with black hair.
A release states that anyone who harbours or helps him in any way to evade the police commits an offence and would be arrested and charged.

Williams was said to be an innocent shooting victim less than 24 hours after Akil Anthony, also of Cunningham Village, was shot while manicuring his father’s lawn at Cabbage Tree Housing Project on Thursday, December 12, 2013.
Information reaching this publication at that time stated that the incident took place shortly after 10:00 a.m. on (Dec. 13) in Cunningham Village while Williams was in conversation with a male, who was seemingly the target of the attack, when the assailant(s) opened fire and she was struck in the hand.
The suspected target however escaped unscathed and an ambulance transported Williams to the Joseph N France General Hospital, where she was treated for her wound.
