BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, JANUARY 9TH 2014 (CUOPM) – Preliminary works continue to begin construction of a playing field for the people of West Farm and the surrounding areas.
During Monday’s Cabinet, Minister responsible for Sports, the Hon. Glenn Phillip provided an update on the progress of the project.
He reported that the area identified needs some grading before further works can get underway.
Minister Phillip said that the field will be fenced and that bathroom and seating facilities are part of the scope of works for this important project.
