St. Croix - U.S.V.I.: Investigation Bureau Detectives on St. Croix arrested third suspect in connection with the death of 19-year-old George Ronald Simpson who died from gunshots in parking lot of the Lorraine Village Apartments on Jan. 23. Isaac S. Roger was arrested at 5:30 a.m. Thursday, February 12 based on a warrant charged with Murder in the First Degree, Assault First Degree and Reckless Endangerment.
Adrian Benjamin, 24, of Mutual Homes Housing Community was arrested the night of the shooting and Jamal Rivera, 23, of Estate Grove Place was arrested on February 2. Both suspects were also charged with Murder in the First Degree, Assault First Degree and Reckless Endangerment.
