Only a few months ago Mrs. (Janet) Harris (took) on the responsibility of the financial secretary ... and I thought that it would be good for me to do a walk through with her, in support, & and to meet the different members of staff, the Prime Minister stated.
The Ministry of Finance is of extreme importance and I just want to make sure that I can express & to Mrs. Harris how pleased we are for the (quality) work that this ministry continues to do in support of the entire government system."
